Young Jung joined Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company after more than 10 years of marketing and financial services experience. Prior to that, he spent 7 years in social work, including some time with Fairfax County. 

Young earned his MBA from Kansas State University. He currently holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63, and is Life and Health Insurance licensed. Young specializes in tax minimization strategies and wealth management, with a focus on executive bonus plans, college funding, estate planning and risk management. 
 
Young is heavily involved in his community as a Lions Club member, Annandale Chapter, and a Board member of the Washington Korean Youth Foundation and the Korean Senior Community Service Center. He also chairs the Public Welfare Committee for the Korean American Association of Virginia. 
 
Young plays soccer and has been a certified referee of the United States Soccer Federation since 2002. He also enjoys hiking, rock climbing and ice climbing.
